Routing email

1.Create domain on zimbra example.com, but it is really on the other server.
2.Create domain on zimbra example2.com.
3.Want to send mail from example2.com to example.com,but not with help of local server,want to relay to other.but zimbra always send to local if found in database.
Help what might help me?
